BIO NADJA SCHERRER

Nadja is VP & Sustainability Communication Strategist at the Social Impact Boutique plus305 in Miami and Switzerland and a specialist in intercultural communication, culture transformation, and CSR strategies. Nadja holds an Exec. M.A. in Intercultural Communication and an M.A. in Bilingual Translation. Having worked for Apple in Silicon Valley and for brands like PwC, IBM, Migros, Panalpina, and Greenpeace has widened her horizon on company culture.

 

She has specialized in value-based PR messaging, Sustainability Communication, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, and Culture Transformation. She is a Member of the B Lab European Advisory Board for B Corp Certification Standards.

 

She also founded the Global Impact Women’s Network Sisterhood Tribes that aims to close the Dream Gap and is a Board Member of the Casimiro Global Foundation for the project E.L.L.A - Entrepreneurial Ladies Leading with Action.

She also holds an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor Certification (600 hrs) from the Kerala Ayurveda Academy  which gives her a unique understanding of the mind, holistic health, and mindfulness practices. Combining this with her Diversity & Inclusion skills, she has developed a unique approach that combines Mindfulness with Unconscious Bias Trainings.
