What is your priority at this moment in your life?

My well-being and my family. I think that when it comes to priorities, family is first, then come my dreams, and doing the things that make my heart jump.

Why do you do what you do?

I have passion for what I do and that’s my drive. I have been very fortunate to use my time doing things that I love and matter to me. When I don’t feel that passion I move on and I reinvent myself. My why is love.

What does Social Sustainability mean to you?

It’s about expanding opportunities for all people today and tomorrow. It’s a critical part to shared prosperity.

Why is having a social impact for women important to you?

I think that if women are given the right opportunities, their families, companies, communities, the world thrives. I think that a more balanced and equal society will bring us into a better world. A woman that is satisfied with her life is able to empower societies.

Who inspires you most?

My grandmothers who came before me.

Who are you most grateful to?

My parents and my husband.

Do you only communicate successes or also failures?

I communicate both. There shouldn’t be a stigma about failures, which are the biggest lessons on our journey.

Do you have any regrets?

Not having started on personal development earlier in my life. That would have prevented me from hurting others as I did in the past.

To my younger self, I would have told her more often that I love her. I was very self-critical and hard on myself. I would have been more compassionate and would have developed a better relationship with myself."

How do you integrate Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity into your everyday?

Each minute of my life, I am living diversity and inclusion. I walk the talk. I am committed to working with companies closely to become more diverse and inclusive.

Are you optimistic with the future and how we as a society are evolving?

Absolutely, I have huge faith in humanity and our capability to evolve to become better. I foresee a bright future. It is our responsibility to look at the world with positivity or negativity. Depending on our outlook we will experience one life or another.

What are your goals for the next year in terms of impact?

My goals are to continue to share my experiences to help others to overcome obstacles and see their own potential. I am writing a book and I trust it can serve someone.

What would you tell your younger self? Would you do something different?

To my younger self, I would have told her more often that I love her. I was very self-critical and hard on myself. I would have been more compassionate and would have developed a better relationship with myself.
